Flex Hosting

You choose what responsibilities you delegate to us to help manage your STVR. We can:

• Onboard your property Airbnb and Vrbo if it's a new listing

• Optimize your listing including creating content, compelling descriptions, and photography*

• Add your listing to additional booking channels, including a direct booking site

• Set base price and availability

• Update pricing monthly based on market demand

• Manage upsells and guest experiences that increase your revenue

• Recommend house rules, booking policies and rental agreements

• Handle guest communications including inquiries, reservations, check-in instructions, smart lock codes, check-out instructions, post stay thank you and reviews, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience

• 24-hour guest helpline

• Onsite guest support

• Monitor security cameras

• Report and remit local occupancy taxes

• Owner portal to track your business

  Additional Available Services

• Opt-in to platinum hosting features for a fixed monthly fee.

• Complete a turnover using a custom cleaning checklist with property inspection and job completion report

  • Manage consumable amenities (paper towels, coffee pods, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.)

  • Provide immediate resolution maintenance (like replacing light bulbs)

  • Return guest property

• Laundry service (wash, sanitize, fold and store)

• Provide regularly scheduled maintenance (like air filter, smoke and carbon monoxide detector battery replacement, etc.)

• Arrange repairs, pest control, lawn service, carpet cleaning, seasonal decorating and pool or hot tub maintenance

One year agreement required. Pricing for Flex Hosting is a percentage of each booking and varies depending on the responsibilities you delegate to us. *Additional charge for professional photography.

Platinum Hosting

We do all the work and keep you updated on everything that's going on with your STVR. You'll get everything listed in our Flex Hosting package plus:

• Custom hosted website and mobile site for your STVR

• Listed on additional booking platforms for increased bookings

• Dynamic pricing strategies updated daily based on current market data

• Smart thermostat management (if compatible)

• 24-hour property monitoring for smoking, excessive noise and number of guests

• Guest welcome screen for all smart TVs

• Monitoring payout resolutions

• Complete a turnover using a custom cleaning checklist with property inspection and job completion report*
