Basic Turnover

Our basic turnover includes a standard 30-point cleaning checklist with property inspection and a job completion report.

• 24-hour notice is required

• Flat rate for one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room

• Additional charge for added rooms

• Laundry service included

• We use our cleaning products (unless you want us to use yours)

• Restock consumable amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, coffee pods, trash bags, etc.)

  • Using your amenities - no additional cost

  • Using our amenities - additional per item charge

• Immediate Resolution Maintenance (light bulb replacement, etc.)

  • Using your supplies - no additional cost

  • Using our supplies - additional per item charge

• Returning guest property - no cost to you, the guest is charged

• Payment is due on job completion (or billed with an account)

Our laundry service includes washing, sanitizing, drying and folding with pickup and delivery included.

Bed Bug Heat Treatment Rental

We rent bed bug heat treatment equipment to effectively rid your space of bed bugs in hours.

• Same day service if scheduled before 4 p.m.

• 24-hour rental

• Covers approximately 200 or 400 sq. ft. room
